Mad Mike’s did an excellent job getting my computer back up and running after I was having persistent issues. They were professional, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was working properly before I picked it up. I really appreciated their honesty, fair pricing, and quality of work. If you need computer repairs, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Absolutely stellar customer service from Mad Mike's. My parts came in this morning and I picked my laptop up at 3:30 this afternoon> Parts & labor, all for a reasonable price that didn't break my budget. 12/10 would recommend and will be going back.

I took a desktop to then with what I believed was a BIOS configuration error. After looking at it, they called and claimed I had a hardware issue, so I went ahead and ordered the required parts planning to install them myself. After picking up the desktop, I booted it up before opening it or installing any parts, and was unable to recreate the error they claimed to have appeared. After more troubleshooting in the bios, I was able to resolve the issue and the computer now functions normally, with the original parts. So now I'm out the cost of the 'diagnostic', plus what I spent on parts, for an issue that never existed in the first place. Not a fabulous experience.
